Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders via USPS. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS.

We currently ONLY ship in the US.

Shipping Options:
USPS Priority Mail- Service could take 2-7 business days for delivery

Delivery time:
For US Orders: Could possibly take 2-7 business days 

Shipping Policies:
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our warehouse.


Orders Corrections:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We DO NOT make address adjustments unless we are notified. Please verify that you enter the correct address before finalizing your order. We ARE NOT responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at customerservice@mybellecriniere.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped are not able to change the address.  We will not be responsible for undeliverable packages. 

Order Processing Times:
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 3pm will be processed the next business day (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-7 business days. Orders submitted on weekends are generally processed on Mondays. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our warehouse.  

Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to Belle Crinière LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Belle Crinière LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.


Lost or Stolen Packages:
Belle Crinière LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Belle Crinière LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Belle Crinière LLC is not responsible for damaged products upon delivery.   


No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Items not in Stock:
We strive to have all our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

Returns:
We do apologize however, we DO NOT accept returns.
